Our standard practice is to ship all items by UPS Ground in the continental U.S. and by Canada Post Expedited Mail in Canada. Items destined to US customers are shipped from the US while shipments to Canadians are done from Canada. For overseas shipments, please contact us beforehand. There are no extra charges like customs duties or brokerage charges for shipments within Canada and the US. Your total cost is the sum of the prices of the individual items plus applicable taxes (Canadian customers only) and any shipping and handling charges that may apply. You will know the total cost of the order before finalizing the purchase.
Should you require special shipping arrangements, please call or email us. We try to maintain adequate levels of items in stock so that we can ship within 24 hours. However, occasionally we could run out of specific items. Late night shoppers can chat here online with one of our customer service representatives. We have tried wherever possible to provide enough information about the products we sell to enable you to easily determine the suitability of any product for your needs. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us. We also try to assess the quality and durability of a product before including it in our store. We have rejected several products solely on this basis.
Nevertheless, should you need to return an item for a refund or replacement, please contact us beforehand for a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us before going ahead with shipping. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases. Items must be returned prepaid and in their original boxes in like new condition complete with all paperwork, accessories and documentation. A full refund (less shipping and handling) will be issued for items received in their original condition. There is no restocking fee except if items are missing from the package.
We prefer to ship to the credit card billing address and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. However, if you have a special need, say, you want to ship an item as a gift to a friend, please contact us to arrange this. We also ask that you use your Internet Service Provider (ISP) email address, if possible, and not a web based address like Hotmail or Yahoo.
